Shipping & Returns
At Dainte Inc., each piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of luxury furniture, lighting, and specialty décor, we ask that all customers review our return policy before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with all protective materials included.
All returns require prior approval from Dainte Inc. Please contact us before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, special orders, modified items, installed lighting, used or altered products, clearance items, final-sale items, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and administrative processing. The fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees, including the 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
To help us review your claim, please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Dainte Inc. will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For oversized, freight, or white-glove deliveries, customers are responsible for all return freight charges unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error by Dainte Inc.
Items must be securely packed in their original packaging. Dainte Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.
