Custom orders, made-to-order items, special orders, modified products, and bespoke pieces may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dainte Inc.
Custom dimensions, finishes, materials, and design requests must be reviewed and approved before production. The customer is responsible for confirming all order details before approval.

Shipping times, delivery dates, and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Dainte Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, customs, weather, production delays, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
For oversized, fragile, freight, or white-glove deliveries, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely accommodate the item, including entryways, elevators, stairways, hallways, and installation areas.

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported to Dainte Inc. within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage must be provided.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with a claim.

Returns are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping or freight costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom orders, made-to-order items, special orders, modified items, installed lighting, used or altered items, clearance items, final-sale items, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
